It’s been awhile, I know.

Many of you know that I have moved to Instagram - but  I recently learned that blogger has a new(?) app for adding posts. Well blow me over, now maybe I’ll visit a little more often.

oh my, oh my
I can so vividly remember the day he was born and introduced us to parenthood.
We celebrated this weekend with much of the same (trip to Phoenix! Pool!) and added in a new activity that was wildly fun (Arcade!).

Yesterday we celebrated our 11th anniversary.
We pulled out the wedding album to relive the memories and the boys were enthralled.

Daddy, you had so much hair!

Amid the chaos of everyday life there are a few moments when we step back and realize just how big these Bejos boys are getting. In the day to day they are just a pair of little boys. But then something comes along, like a birthday, and we look at them with new eyes. Pulling out the photo albums and comparing them to last year, the year before, the year before that, and suddenly it hits us. We are in an entirely new stage.

So here we are.

snow day!

Tucson

Mama and Papa Bejos have been living the life of snowbirds this winter. As you can tell, life is good and they have relaxed into their new lifestyle. The boys and I slipped away for a weekend, leaving mr. bejos home to hit the books. We hit the Desert Museum (sting rays and gem show included!) and then hiked through the desert on a trail I had all but forgotten about from my own Tucson days.
