The Grand Canyon

Mr Bejos here with my 1st official blog post.   I am back from the depths of The Grand Canyon unscathed, and now that a little over a week has gone by I am finally starting to be able to untangle the string of sights, sounds and experiences I had in that there canyon.   It is hard to explain but it swallowed me whole.  I had a great time, learned a lot, was in awe a lot, but I am sure glad to be back home!  Enjoy.

My only shower in 10 days. Did I mention that it feels good to be home!?

Independence and Messes

Baby Bejos has decided that he will only eat if he can pick the food up with his fingers or if he can wield the utensil himself. Funny how he suddenly remembers how to wave when that spoon is in his hand. Cooper, however, is loving this new stage.

Daddy's home!

Soon we will have a few pics to share from his big adventure in the Grand Canyon. In the meantime we are just enjoying time together again.

Have I mentioned that Mr. Bejos is away for a very long 10 days? It wasn't so bad when baby and I were away this past weekend but we're missing him here now. A sudden tendency towards separation anxiety makes me think baby bejos notices his absence - a lot.
Where is he you ask?

Floating down the Colorado River. It is a cold trip this time of year but still my guess is that he is having a fantastic, memory making trip of a lifetime. I'm sure there will be some pics and stories to post upon his return.

In the meantime baby bejos, Coop, and I, have the pleasure of Nanny Kat's company once again.

You wouldn't even believe the number of outtakes it took to get just one or two "10 months" shot. 

Crafting Update

And here are a few of the reasons that the sweater is not done yet...a baby boom in the lives of many of our friends. Not that I mind; baby things knit up so quickly.
